Yes, our favourite reporter Dr Rodgers braves the cold weather armed with iphone and massive fluorescent stabilo marker to bring us all the HIGHLIGHTS (massive highlighter joke) – and foul language – from the pretty city of Edinbrrrrr.

Editor Faye Fornasier and guest blogger Dr.Rodgers hit the fields in Suffolk for the 5th edition of Latitude Festival. Everyone and everything was there, from Hanif Kureishi to Kate Tempest, Heather Philipson to Josie Long, Vampire Weekend to Roving Unicorns (real, moving unicorns, not a band), and you can read all about it on our Nutshell Blog.

Why lie? Our first launch party was amazing. Great magazine, great readings, great music and a wonderful crowd. Which is why we are really excited about our Issue 2 launch party at The Last Days of Decadence on Sunday 27th June from 7pm – late.
Co-hosts Sarah Campbell (comedian) and Kat Redstone (actor) will entertain and introduce an invigorating evening of readings by Jared Hamilton, Paul Mcgrane, Tiffany Anne Tondut and Eli Goldstone. Live music from Trent Miller & The Skeleton Jive, Shirryn, Frank Doody and John Drain.
All topped with a fresh copy of Nutshell and sprinkled with the most decadent drinks in Shoreditch.
The perfect way to end the weekend!
Entry 5 pounds, dress for poetry.
